Hiring rules

  • Strictly no pets
  • Strictly no smoking or vaping in the caravan. Any signs of smoking will incur a deep cleaning charge from the bond for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
  • Empty toilet regularly throughout your stay and before you leave.
  • All rubbish to be removed, a charge of £30.00 if not.
  • Damages, including minor must be reported to discuss/avoid charges from bond.
  • Lost keys & alarm remote will be charged at suppliers rate.
  • The caravan is not for hire at festivals, if on arrival the booking is for a festival, the hire becomes void and no refund will be given.
  • Guests to bring own bedding.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The caravan is well appointed, well maintained and in beautiful condition. We had unexpected issues with the water pump and we were too far away for the owners to be able to come to fix. Whilst this slightly marred our stay we know such things can crop up at any time and overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you

    Lovely caravan, very good condition and perfect for our long weekend. Emily and her partner were super helpful and came and set everything up for us before we arrived on the site.
