Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Andrew 5.0The van was absolutely fantastic. It is clear how much Debbie cares about making sure people have a great experience with it and any queries we had were answered really quickly and helpfully. We had two children (13 and 14) and it was still big enough to be comfortable for a 5 day break. The van itself is really well maintained and equipped with everything you need.
Nicki 5.0We had an great mini break in this van. It is really clean, had everything we needed and was really comfortable to sit in and sleep in. There is lots of storage and plenty of space. It's a nice touch that cloths, washing up liquid and surface spray cleaner are included as well as outside furniture and very importantly fairy lights with new batteries inside! Debbie was lovely and very flexible with drop off and pick up times and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you
