Self-description is a tricky box to fill in. Should I share that I am a shorty? Maybe that I am lucky to love my work in higher education? Perhaps that I am mum to two teens who drive me demented but I love to bits? I would highly recommend Betty, Louise and Derek are very friendly and helpful, It was my first time driving a motorhome and it was a joy to drive, it has all you need, easy to understand all the appliances. It was great! Louise and Derek could not have been more helpful during the handover and on the phone later - thanks! The van lived up to expectations and for first timers was just brilliant with all you could need.

Was an amazing experience, made it very easy to set up camp even for a novice like me and had no issues with operating all the appliances, utilities, etc.

Its was great! Louise was extremely helpful. She was replying immediately to my calls with questions. We really had a good time in the motorhome. Will definitely do that again!

We had an awesome holiday in Betty. It was our first motorhome experience and very small details were taken care by Louise to make our stay comfortable. Some initial hiccups in getting the heating started, but it was more of a process to follow and find one particular button. Once we got the hang of all the equipments in the van, it was easy. And whenever we got stuck Louise was just a call/text away. She was also very kind to drop and pick-up the van from home. So, overall it was a fantastic experience for us and we would surely love to go back again. Cheers!
