The van was exactly as described. The user guide and handover covered everything needed to enjoy the trip away. It drives really well both on the motorway and smaller roads making it easy to drive. The van had everything needed, for making food and drinks, the cooker worked well, the fridge was excellent for cold beer and wine and the whistling kettle made four cups of tea. I would recommend the van to anyone.

The van was absolutely perfect for us for a quiet weekend away. The van had absolutely everything you could think of, and the beds are beyond comfortable. Both Emma and Adam were very friendly and helpful, and were very approachable. It is very clear that they both have a lot of pride and love for the van, and we completely understand why! We are definitely hoping to be able to use Bryony again!

Fantastic camper van with everything you need and very comfortable. Alan and Emma very helpful and I was able to leave my car in their secured location. Cant recommend them highly enough.

This was our first experience hiring a motorhome, and Emma made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. No question was ever too stupid, she replied promptly and made everything go super smooth! Bryony is an absolute joy of a motorhome - her interior is luxurious, spacious and even with 2 dogs, we felt we had more than enough room! Emma has thought of absolutely everything when it comes to hiring Bryony, and you can tell her heart and soul have gone into making it such a pleasure to stay in and why she is so precious about it. There is a full list of items that you are sent of what is within the cupboards, so there is no doubt what you do, and do not, need to bring with you. The non-slip covers for the tables and work surfaces are perfect for ensuring there is no damage from scratches from pots and pans when cooking and are also helpful in making sure nothing moves around when you are chopping. There are mats throughout the motorhome that ensure muddy shoes, and in our case muddy paws, didn't damage the floor and these are lovely and soft, and easily brushed down. She is freshly cleaned before you collect her, and is spotless, and smells divine! The onboard beds are HUGE!!! There is a large comfortable, superking bed that is made by pulling out the slats and sliding the cushions down, and an over cab double bed that us also super comfy. The two seats in the cab can be swivelled round so you are given a little extra space for seating, and the dinette area is more than spacious enough. There is a full size fridge, with a small freezer section, and this is kept super cold and can fit more in than you may think. Onboard storage is plentiful, and well thought out - even with a small wardrobe which we used to hang up large coats and our walking shoes. The toilet and shower room is easy to use, and again comes stocked with toilet rolls for your stay. There is a small cupboard under one of the seats which has all the cleaning materials you could need for your stay. When you see how spotless and well kept she is, you cannot help but want to tidy as you go and treat Bryony as if she was your own. We didn't use the pull out awning or outdoor seats and table due to the good old British weather, but Emma made sure at handover we knew how everything worked, so had the weather have been better we would have felt confident in doing so. Driving Bryony was also a dream to drive - even on the Cornish downs - she was comfortable, had a smooth gear transition and refuelling with diesel and Adblue super easy! The handover itself, and dropping Bryony back off went really well. Again, everything was well communicated, and organised, and Emma (and Adam), both went through absolutely everything from where things were, how things worked, how to empty waste, and little tips they have picked up along the way. You also receive a pdf on an email with step by step guides and you tube video links on, so you are never going to come stuck. There is also a blue folder with information in within the motorhome, but Emma was never more than a message away! Emma - thank you for allowing us to hire Bryony from you, and sharing your pride and joy with us - your meticulous attention to detail makes it clear to see how much she means to you. The weather may not have been on our side during our trip, but everything else about our stay in Bryony was superb, and went above and beyond our expectations, so thank you!

A beautifully presented motorhome and great pre-hire communications with the owner. Overall, we had a great holiday. HOWEVER Before considering renting, you should be aware that this motorhome is the owners pride and joy. If anything goes wrong with it while on hire, you will be charged. The tiniest amount of damage or marks that should really be considered wear and tear, you will be charged. One of the blinds wasnt working the first night of our hire. We told the owner of the issue within the specified 72 hours, but when we arrived back from our stay, she informed us that this would be charged to us. At the start of the hire, we were told a few of the stickers on the side of the motorhome were faded and not to worry about these as they just fade with time. Upon return, there were a few minor marks on a few stickers on the sides, which if youre driving on anything other than a main road are very easily done. The result - the owner submitted a quote for supply and fit for stickers for THE WHOLE of the whole motorhome. On top of this, weve since seen the quote which was in euros, the owner submitted the claim in pounds and Camplify took this amount from our account without even checking. This very dubious behaviour does make us question, is the owner having their motorhome refurbished with numerous dubious quotes at the expense of many unfortunate hirers? We are currently in the process of querying these things with Camplify, but getting in touch with their claims resolution department is very tedious. So if you dont want to spend your whole holiday worrying that something might stop working, or that the slightest mark could land you with a bill running into 4 figures, then we suggest that you should consider other options. The approach of this owner in a rather ruthless manor after the hire has shocked us and tarnished the memories of what was otherwise a lovely holiday.

We have had one of the best holidays ever .The van was just amazing and we will definitely be booking again with Emma who was so helpful.A pleasure to book with her .Thank you Emma for helping to make a well needed break perfect .

This was our first time in a Motorhome and Bryony didnt disappoint! She was exactly as the photos show, modern, clean and well looked after. Emma was so helpful with any questions and very quick to reply. I cant pick fault with anything (which is unlike me!). Just generally excellent :)
