Very happy with this van. Clean and well looked after. We had a small problem with the toilet but Steve was helpful on the phone and someone came out to sort the problem out very quickly

We were delighted with the caravan we rented from Steve for a four-day stay at a sports tournament. It was perfectly comfortable for four of us (probably would have been a bit of a squeeze for 6 though) and just what we needed. If you are a really keen cook I'd probably bring some additional kitchenwear, but what was supplied was perfect for our minimal needs of a quick breakfast before heading out. Communication with Steve was great and when we had an issue he was super quick to sort it out. This isn't a luxury stay but was perfect for our needs and we'll definitely rent from him again. Thanks Steve!

The caravan was fine for us 3 adults however, it was listed as a 6 berth, which could not accommodate 6 adults in my opinion. The gas hob worked well and was sufficient for cooking with a reasonable selection of utensils. I would suggest taking your own pans for cooking. All else as described and worked well. Delivery and pick up worked well.

The caravan I had booked unfortunately had an electrical issue before my trip, but Steve contacted me prior to make sure I was OK with a change of caravan. Luckily this caravan was actually larger than what I had booked so technically had an upgrade for no extra cost. The drop off and delivery was easy and the gentleman who delivered the caravan was very polite and professional. I had a couple of minor issues whilst away but I was able liase with Steve and everything was fine. I would use Steve again for any future caravan hire, the price and simplicity of our business was exactly what we was after.

Holiday from hell, excuses as to why caravan we had ordered was not available and excuses changed by owner (first it was caravan had been delivered to wrong site, followed by the caravan needed maintenance even though we ordered 5.5 months earlier). Caravan was severely delayed in its delivery to site and had major issues with power that took hours to rectify/before we could unload the car. Moreover it was filthy, faulty/broken in many places, roof leaked down onto beds, fridge was mouldy and smelt of dead rotting animal, three blinds broken, black mould from toilet flushes and sink water. Advertisement not to be trusted. No offers to rectify the issue by both the owner or Camplify; the latter have also ignored all subsequent email and telephone correspondence. The whole experience has been stressful, we have been treated appallingly and it ruined/overshadowed the entire holiday. If there were zero stars, we would have given those instead. We are second time users of Camplify (not this owner) and had no issues whatsoever last year. Disgraceful all around. The van that was delivered was not the van we hired. The van that they delivered arrived a day or two before it was scheduled, so we we not there for a handover. They left the keys with someone on site. We were waiting around for delivery - not realising it was delivered a day or two before. It was less than clean. Internally it was not well maintained, several doors did not close properly. A couple of the blinds did not work properly. Worse of all - the water pump did not work, we made contact & the advice was to unplug it, plug it back in & wiggle it around. We called several times & they simply stopped answering our calls or responding to our messages. This does not seem to be the fault of Camplify bot of the hirer.

The van was clean and tidy and Steve resolved the set up issues when asked. The kitchen equipment is very basic so if youre planning to cook for 4 or 6 then bring your own stuff. More communication upfront would have been welcomed.

A great caravan for a budget holiday. There is a fair amount of wear and tear on the caravan on the windows and shutters, but hot running water, cooler and fridge all work great providing a much appreciated upgrade from camping!
