Hiring rules

• Viv the VW is insured for the following:
• Drivers age 23 and over
• Age 2325 insurance excess £700.00
• Age 25 and over insurance excess £500.00
• Divers must sign a direct debit mandate for the excess on insurance. This is returned to you on dropoff if there are no issues. No charge is taken unless there's an accident
• Maximum points on the license is 9
• Drive anywhere in the UK. European trips must be preauthorized.
• Drivers will sign a paper copy contract on van collection
• No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved prior
• No smoking inside the van
• Pets only upon application (We love pets, but we MUST know about it)
• No festivals OR festivals allowed
• Van must return clean. We don’t expect it to be spotless but all rubbish removed and toilet emptied is expected.
• Pick up from 1pm Drop back by 11am.
• No freecamping
• Travel distance: mileage is unlimited in the UK. We do have an airtag in the vehicle so we can track her whereabouts.
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
• Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
