Hiring rules

No smoking (including vapes)
2 persons max (this could include 1 adult and 1 child)
Kindly return the van with the same amount of fuel on collection to avoid additional charges
Pets to be kept off the seats
Awnings to be packed away before bad weather arises
Vehicle must be returned clean and tidy
Pick up time 12pm return time 12pm the following day or last day of hire (we can be flexible on the hire times to suit both parties)
No cooking inside the van (gas cooker provided for outdoor cooking)
Any damage to be reported immediately (who, what, where)
If excessive gas used, this should be refilled
Mileage limits (per day or per hire) e.g. 100 miles per day included in the booking price. You will be charged £0.45p per mile for any additional distance travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify's preand posthire checklist.
No offroad driving
Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call me or Camplify on 03308081811.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £90.00 per day

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
