Hiring rules

Campervan Return Guidelines
We hope you have an amazing adventure with The Cosy Wee Pickle! All we ask is that you treat her with the same care and respect you’d give your own space. Please return the van in the same clean and tidy condition it was in when you set off.
Before Returning the Van:
Waste water must be fully emptied
Toilet waste must be completely disposed of and the unit thoroughly cleaned
Fuel must be topped up to the same level it was at on collection
Please remove all rubbish and wipe down surfaces
Charges Will Apply If Guidelines Are Not Followed:
Fuel not refilled: Fuel cost + £25.00
Toilet not emptied or cleaned: £50.00
Smoking in the van: Up to £250.00 (please don’t smoke inside!)
Missing or broken items: Replacement cost of item
PickUp & DropOff Timings:
Standard return time is by 6:00 PM
Late returns will incur a charge of £30.00 per hour
If you require a pickup or dropoff outside normal hours, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate
Please inform us promptly if you're experiencing delays for either pickup or dropoff, as late returns can impact other bookings

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £110.00 per day
Service fee: £25.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
