The ABI Ambleside is a super luxury static caravan located on Primrose Court; the private park attached to Lyons Winkups Holiday Park in Towyn. Primrose Court is home to 12 luxury caravans/lodges and is a great site to stay on to achieve a quiet, peaceful stay. This premium caravan has everything you’ll need to enable a stylish staycation in North Wales. You can enjoy evenings sat out on the wrap around veranda using the outdoor furniture provided. There is a parking space for one car and a private garden area with a picnic bench to enjoy brunch in the sunshine. The property comfortably sleeps 4 guests with one kingsize bed and two full size single beds (unlike most caravans that have smaller single beds). There is a family bathroom as well as an ensuite to ensure all guests get the privacy you want when staying in such a lush property. The kitchen has the usual items necessary for cooking whilst on holiday, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, pots & pans, cutlery, plates, bowls cups and glasses. The caravan has a dining table and 4 chairs. The living room area has two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Small well behaved, house trained pets are welcome to stay here. WiFi can be purchased additionally for £10 for a weekend or £15 for a week. A travel cot can be hired for an additional £15 per booking.

Additional information

Whilst staying here, you can take full advantage of the club house, arcade, pool and entertainment facilities in the main complex. The caravan is in prime location and is directly opposite the Tir Prince fair ground, market and car boot! We can only accept bookings starting and ending on a Monday or a Friday meaning the following breaks can be achieved; Monday - Friday (4 nights/5 days) Friday - Monday (3 nights/4days) Monday - Monday (7 nights/8 days) Friday - Friday (7 nights/8 days) Standard check in time is 3PM & check out is 11AM although there can sometimes be some flexibility so it's always worth speaking to me about an earlier or later time if preferred.

Hiring rules

Small pets allowed upon request.
Please always keep pets off the furniture and beds.
Please don't touch the boiler it is preset and good to go. If you're experiencing problems with the hot water please contact us.
Please respect the neighbours they're on holiday too!
No excessive noise/loud music between the hours of 10pm 8am
Strictly no smoking/vaping in the property.
Please park your vehicle on the driveway in front of the door. Please do not block access to other caravans.
Maximum caravan occupancy is strictly 4 people
Please remove shoes when entering the caravan and walking on the carpeted areas.
Remember to lock the windows and doors before you go out to explore Wales.
We do not allow guests to charge electric vehicles using power from the caravan. This will cause damage to the electrics and you will be billed for repairs.
Please turn off all lights, the gas fire and any electrical appliances when you leave the caravan.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £100.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
