Hiring rules
- UK trips only please (not permitted to travel in the EU).
- Please do not smoke or vape in the van.
- Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the seats and bed.
- The van will be provided with a full tank of fuel please return it with a full tank of fuel.
- The van will be cleaned prior to use. Please leave it clean and tidy after use.
- Although we provide a double duvet, you may wish to bring additional sleeping bags for kids/other guests.
- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Pickup from 10am and return by 5pm please, although please do message us if you have specific requirements as we can potentially be flexible. Due to the quick turnaround required to prepare Bodhi for the next hirer, we reserve the right to charge £25.00/hour late fees unless prior arrangement is made.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tim 5.0I hired Bodhi from Mike & Sarah as a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday, as she used to have a campervan herself. We had a great time and Bodhi brought back lots of nostalgic thoughts for her. The communication from Mike & Sarah was great and we couldn't have asked for a better trip. If we ever need a campervan again, I will be sure to use them again.
Alan 5.0Took Bodhi to the Mucky Weekender festival in Winchester. Perfect van...everything we needed, little kitchen and a great large fridge, bed comfy in the tent upstairs, awning great as it did rain a bit!! Would definitely be renting Bodhi again.!!
