😷COVID-19 The van is thoroughly disinfected after each use, there are cleaning supplies and hand wash provided. KITCHEN⏲️ - There is a job with 3 gas rings where we boil our stove top kettle and coffee pot for our morning coffee. This saves space in the area. There is a sink with hot and cold water. The fridge is a good sized fridge to put milk a few veggies and some bottles of beer🤪 with a small freezer area at the top. The cooker is a small worktop cooker but we have cooked everything we would normally cook at home in it, from pizza to cup cakes, with just a little temperature adjustment. It also has a grill for your morning toast. SLEEPING🛏️ - Fixed king size mattress in the master room and a fixed single bed in the middle room, the small dining table can also be turned into a single bed and in the front of the van in the seating area can be turned into a sleeping area for two of needed. PETS🐕 - Pets are welcome at no extra cost but they MUST be kept on leads at all times on the site, it will be frowned upon by the other residents if this is not adhered to and they will complain to me if this doesn't happen. Also PLEASE🙏 for the love of dogs pick up your dog's poop💩, this is becoming a huge problem on site and could result in us not being able to have pets in the van and that would be a great shame for us and for you guys too. There is a pebbly beach on site to exercise them on and if you walk down far enough and no one is around you can let them run free there, there is also a beach next to the site with some sand for them to have a good run when it's quiet, this beach can get very busy in the summer months on hot days with lots of paddle boarders and swimmers so please be respectful of it is busy and check for the beaches that are dog friendly this time of year. WIFI📶 & TV📺 - There is WiFi on the site but I will warn you it is not the best at busy times of the year so you will be best off making sure you have your own data package to cover watching TV and having internet. There are fire sticks in the living area TV and the bedroom TV that you can login to with your own TV packages. THINGS TO DO🎭 - There is so much to do in this area, more than I can write here but I put a few examples here. Fantasy Farm Park is a 10.mimute drive away and a wonderful day out for children and adults of all ages with a range of activities but the main attraction for me is the animals and feeding time. Llanerchaeron is a old estate house designed by John Nash in the 1700s, this is a National Trust site so if you are a member this will be free for you. There is free parking, alobely cafe and some beautiful walks that are free to access. Aberystwyth is 9 miles north and has some very historic building and castle remains and a quaint museum that is well worth a visit. Aberaeron is 7 miles south and is a nice little harbour where you can have some of the nicest icecream made from honey while you sit and take in the fresh sea air. Tresaith is an absolutey gorgeous sandy little beach 23 miles away, it's like being abroad on a nice hot summer day, but be sure to be there early as it does get very busy in the summer. There are toilets and a cafe there along with parking a short walk from the beach. New Quay a busy but little sea port 14 miles away, with its loves beaches, food places and trinket shops it's a fun place to spend a day. There is so much more to mention but you get the idea.

Hiring rules

• 🚫There is absolutely NO SMOKING inside the caravan.
• 🛬Arrival times after 2pm.
• 🛫Departure time 2pm.
• 🚿Please be aware there is no shower in the caravan. The site showers are very good and well maintained. There are private cubicles with ample room and somewhere to put dry clothes and a towel. I find it useful to have a small bathmat and shower mat to keep my feet of the tiled floors.
• 🚽The toilet in the caravan is a cassette toilet and will need emptying daily or every other day depending on how many people are using it. The cassette will need to be emptied before you leave, if this is not done there will be a £50.00 charge.
• 🧽The caravan should be left as you found it, any breakages will have to be paid for and there will be an extra charge for cleaning if the caravan if left in a bad state.
• ❤️Please look after our van as if it was your own, we use it in the off peak season as our own little get away and only rent it out in the peak season. Please leave it how you would like to find it and that way we will be able to keep renting it out for your enjoyment in the summer months. Thank you in advance🙏☺️🙏
