There is space to comfortably seat four people within the van. In terms of sleeping arrangements, two can sleep on the double pull-out bed and two can sleep on the pop-top bed (max weight limit of 130kg). A mattress topper is provided for both sleeping areas, however bedding and towels are not provided. If need be, these belongings can be posted to my address prior to your travels to lighten your pre-travel load. Utilities-wise, the van has: An in-built heater to keep you warm! (Perfect for colder winter evenings and nights) A fridge (with a small freezer compartment) Two gas hobs (gas is provided) A grill A sink USB charge-points and a wireless charging point (which is surprisingly convenient) Indoor lighting Two foldaway tables A foldaway awning Inside curtains An in-built leisure battery (a big-battery pack) to keep your USB powered devices powered! One UK-pin plug socket (which works when connected to an external electrical source) The van will be provided with the following items to make your rental comfortable: Van Instruction Guide with Videos Cutlery, crockery, and mugs External Black-out Shades Electric hook-up gear Wheel levelling blocks Water bucket First Aid Kit Carbon Monoxide Detector Cleaning Equipment Other items that can be provided for your rental: 3x Camping chairs Outdoors camping dining set 2 Paddleboards (£15.00 rental fee per paddleboard) 4 x Bike Carrier (£30.00 rental free) Van Pick-Up and Drop-Off is preferable in the week, but we will endeavour to accommodate requests over weekends if possible. Van Drop-off service can be provided if possible, for a fee.

Hiring rules

• I would expect you to treat the van as if it were your own home with respect and care. Please read the Van Instruction Guide(with videos) prior to use.
• Prior to rental, to ensure vehicle insurance is maintained, you will need to provide your Diving License Details (and a DVLA License Check code free), Two different forms of proof address dated within the last 90 days (i.e council tax, water/electrical, mobile phone bill) and £150.000 deposit which will be returned to you after the rental period provided everything is satisfactory. Please bring original documents with you on pickup day so these can be photocopied.
• Smoking inside the Camper is NOT permitted, this includes under the tailgate or awning. At my discretion, any evidence of smoking carries a penalty of £150.00.
• Please return the Camper in a clean/washed condition. Please keep the campervan odour free for yourselves, myself and future renters. There will be a £50.00 van cleaning fee that will be deducted from your deposit if not done so.
• Please return the Camper with a full tank of fuel. There is a Texaco petrol station 100m away from my location. If not, hirers will be charged for fuel plus a £10.00 inconvenience surcharge.
• Unlimited Mileage. You are free to drive as far as you want!
• Small Pets welcome. Any damage incurred will result in a loss of deposit for repairs and cleaning and/or missed business.
• An inventory check will be done before and after rental. Any damaged or missing items will result in loss of deposit to replace items.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
