Meet Walter, our much loved, trusty campervan. He has taken us as far as Sicily and Scotland with all our clobber and two dogs. Now kitted out to provide you with your Campervan Adventure. Perfectly placed in North Devon where you can begin exploring the stunning countryside and beaches of the South West (Or anywhere else you may choose to go!). Walter is a long wheelbase VW T6 Transporter. Easy to maneuver & a very comfortable drive with a nice big engine that makes long distances a pleasure. The extra space inside is invaluable, especially if the weather is bad. Features include: Hob, sink, oak worktop, fridge/freezer, running water, plenty of cupboards, Pop Top Roof, Black outs for the cabin windows, USB charging, plug points, interior folding table, lighting, picnic table & chairs, utensils, crockery, cutlery, cafetiere, kettle & a welcome basket of basics. We also include a guide to using the van !! He comfortably sleeps two in the double RIB fold out bed, with space for one adult or two smaller children up in the pop top roof. Topper and fitted sheet for the double bed included. Additional bedding extra. Dogs fit in the snug space beneath the foot of the bed. Seats: 2 up front and 2 on the ISO Fix rear seat. The passenger seat swivels and has a locking safe beneath it. This gives the van lots of space. We adore Walter. He is a wonderful van with everything you need for a great holiday. Additional information

You can leave your car on the roadside next to our house. Or we can bring the van to you within 30 miles Duvet and Pillows are additional, but topper and fitted sheet for the double bed are included. Bedding for upper level can be provided for additional cost.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic few days traveling the North Cornish coastline in Walter! Sarah has made sure the van is fully equipped with everything you could think of and there is so much storage in the van that you dont become cluttered easily. The bed was easy to make and comfortable every night and we were very thankful to be tucked away in Walter during some rather stormy and wet weather! All in all a fantastic experience that we would recommend to anyone considering giving van life a go!

    We loved Walter, even in the rain! Sarah was brilliant - super responsive and helpful. We were complete Campervan novices and had no issues, just a lovely experience.

    We hired the van to attend a folk festival. It was easy to set up once shown and we were able to access all the equipment and clothing we needed to use. Driving was very comfortable. The only issue was the doors locked with the keys left inside whilst at the campsite So needed an AA Callout to regain access.

    Truly brilliant, the Van had everything we needed and felt like home. Sarah was a brilliant host, went above and beyond. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a little getaway! <3

    We loved it so much it will be hard to go back to a tent. Sarah was very prompt to answer all our questions and Walter had all we need to spend a lovely week!
