- Which licence do I need to drive your campervans?
- Category B licence is suitable. Category C is not required.
- Licences issued in: Great Britain, The EU, Canada and Australia are permitted.
- Visitors from outside these areas are advised to obtain an international licence.
- To be insured, we require a valid driving licence and 2 proof of address for each named driver.
- For customer who hold a nonUK licence we will also require a current passport
- What is your picking up and dropping off hours?
- Pick up between: 15:00pm16:30pm
- Drop off between: 9:00am11:00am
- What is your minimum hire age?
- 25 years is the minimum hire age
- What is your maximum hire age?
- 79 years is the maximum hire age.
- Can I travel with my pets?
- Yes. Up to 2 medium size dogs. Larger dogs or puppies are only accepted at our discretion.
- Where should I stay when travelling in one of your vehicles?
- We always recommend to stay in secure campsites for your own safety and your own comfort due to access to the electricity, water etc. Please visit this website for more information and list of recommendable campsites in Scotland, England and Wales campsites.co.uk
- Is bedding included in the rental?
- Unfortunately, you must provide your own bedding.
- Can I drive your campers to a festival?
- Yes, of course you can drive our vehicles to festivals. It is absolutely the best and most convenient mode of travelling to the festivals around the UK and also in the Europe.
- Is insurance included in the hire?
- Comprehensive insurance cover is included in the hire.
- Is there a fuel policy?
- When you collect your vehicle with there will be a full tank of fuel. You are required to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
- Can I take my vehicle to Europe?
- Yes
- Smoking / Vaping
- It is against the law to smoke in all hire vehicles and vaping is prohibited. A fixed penalty notice of £200.00 plus VAT will be imposed if customers are found to have been smoking/vaping in our Campervan. Or a maximum fine of the full Damage Deposit could be imposed if damage is caused by smoking.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
