Hiring rules
- Strictly prohibited smoking in the van
- No Pets
- No festivals
- No overseas travel.
- The vehicle must be returned clean or you'll risk a cleaning fee of £35.00
- Any damage must be reported immediately who , what, where and when, will be required
- Mileage limits (100 miles per day). You will be charged £0.45 per mile for additional distance travelled over the total allowance.
- Fuel return filled with diesel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0330 808 1811
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
