Hiring rules

• Renter Rules:
• No smoking,
• 1. We will need a copy of your driver's license and 2 documents with address that matches license (utility bill, bank statement, mobile bill etc) note, age restriction of 2570 years, minimum 2 years full UK or EU Driver's License and maximum 6 points in the past 5 years on your license, with no more than 3 points in a single incident.
• 2. We are flexible if you have specific collection and return times if arranged in advance
• 3. At an additional cost we can supply linen, towels and bedding, otherwise renter will supply own linen, towels and bedding
• 4. Weight limit on roof bed (pop top) 70kg (eg 1 adult or 2 small children)
• 5. Full tank of fuel on collection and return (shortfall will be charged @£2.00 per litre)
• 6. Smoking and vaping is NOT permitted within the vehicle
• 7. We request you return the vehicle clean and sanitised prior to drop off so it is ready for the next renter please
• 8. There will be a minimal cleaning charge of £50.00 but we reserve the right to charge a higher fee in exceptional circumstances
• 9. During the rental period, all puncture repair costs will be borne by the renter
• 10. If you are going to a festival, please check with us first as these events have a higher associated risk attached on hire and therefore may not be accepted
• 11. Please note that no liability will be accepted for any personal injury through use of the vehicle and its sleeping accommodation and therefore is used at the renter’s own risk
• 12. Please note that no liability will be accepted for any speeding fines, parking fines, PCN's, etc. these will be forwarded to the hirer accordingly
• 13. Subject to prior approval, you are allowed up to 1 medium or 2 small dogs only
• 14. Please remember to bring your driving licences to the handover.

• Renter must be 25 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  Chris and Tiifs communication was first from the moment I booked. I booked this camper initially because of its location. The house was easy to find and C&T were happy for me to leave my car in place of the van. The van drove well and was very comfy. It came with everything as described. We will certainly rent again.
