Hiring rules
- Driver must have held licence for 2 years
- No smoking inside
- No pets
- No festivals
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- Standard pickup are 12pm FriSun 7pm MonThursday/ dropoff times are 5pm
- No BBQ inside the van
- Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
- Empty waste water
- Cooking gas bottle to be returned.
- Campers are responsible for purchasing any gas when bottle is empty.
- A bottle will always be in the van to use as a deposit.
- Deposit required within 48hrs of booking.
- Hirer must be 26 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alan provides a really handy YouTube link that contains videos of how tos for every function of the van. The handover was brilliant taking the time to show me everything I needed to see and know. Extremely reliable, good on fuel and comfortable to drive and sleep in! I will definitely be using this again if the opportunity presents itself! Book it now!
