The Volkswagen Transporter celebrated its 70th birthday in 2020. It is a massively popular van, with its iconic campervan credentials and reliability. As the VW Transporter has been in constant production for those 70 years, it is also the longest production run of any commercial vehicle.
This camper has just been fully serviced with a number of new parts including new brake pads, new filters, wheel shaft and air cleaner - so it’s ready for long trips. It drives like a dream and the cruise control makes long trips all the more comfortable and smooth, and along with the all-terrain tyres, makes it perfect for any surface from off-road to motorways.
This camper offers comfort in a small space. You can set up the elevating roof in just a few easy steps at your holiday destination or stopover. The expanding roof gives you extra space to move around in the passenger compartment. As night falls, you can transform the camper van into your own comfortable bedroom to sleep four.
A kitchen on wheels: the camper offers you a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, freezer, sink and stove kitchen unit. The mini-kitchen can help you prepare basic meals and is easily stowed when travelling. Plus there’s a camping table and chairs which can be set up outside under the awning.

Hiring rules
- Pick up from 3pm Drop back by 12pm. Collection and drop off times can be flexible subject to other customer bookings.
- No smoking inside
- No pets
- No offroad unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 125 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .25p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- Insurance Requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving van/going to sleep
- FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a £50.00 charge.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
- Hiring ages covered by insurance are 25 70 yrs of age.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
