Hiring rules

  • •We kindly ask the hirers to return the veichle in a similar condition of cleanliness as day of collection.
  • •Mileage over and above the standard allowance will be charged 0.45p per mile.
  • •Bedding is provided. However, please bring your own towels
  • •No off road driving
  • •If any damage occurs, report this to myself immediately. Also, on arrival, you will be provided with a phone number to call in an emergency.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
  • Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a great time exploring the north Cornwall coast. The van was nicely presented and was easy to drive. Lots of nice touches and the layout worked well for us. All the essentials included too! David was very easy to communicate with during booking and the handovers. Thanks for a lovely trip
