Hiring rules

Maximum of 2 drivers and all must be present at the time of booking.
Insurance requirements:
In order to rent a vehicle from us you must comply with the following requirements as a condition of our insurer as well as the terms and conditions listed below:
What documentation must you provide? Sections marked * must be provided for all drivers
• Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (address & ID must be up to date)*
• Online licence check check someone’s driving licence information . Please note, DVLA licence checks can only be carried out on driving licences issued from mainland UK*
• Two proofs of address from separate sources*
• Cleared and traceable security deposit (BACS, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.)
• Signed rental agreement
• From 1st August 2021, Green Cards will no longer be mandatory for driving within EU. Please ensure you arrange a VE103 certificate gov.uk/takingvehiclesoutofuk/forlessthan12months
Additional criteria:
• Drivers must be aged between 21 and 79 and have at least 2 years driving experience (Full UK EU , AU & NZ licences are covered as standard)
• Certain driving offences are covered.
• No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years

An annual council tax bill will be accepted. All other documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The address and name on your licence must match both documents.
The campervan is supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition or you will be charged the cost to refill plus an admin fee.
The campervan is supplied with a full tank of LPG gas and must be returned in the same condition or you will be charged the cost to refill plus an admin fee.
No smoking in the campervan.
No festivals.
Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
Van must be returned clean inside and out otherwise an excessive cleaning charge will apply.
Standard pick up time is 15:00 and drop off is 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
