Earl has an electric hook up to power the fridge, hot water, lights, USB charging points and plug sockets. It also has a leisure battery which will easily provide a weekends worth of power (excluding plug sockets and hot water) if you camp off grid. There are fixed, spacious, comfortable beds to sleep and relax in. Both beds are king sized. The bottom bunk has a fixed TV in it. We can provide a 5th child's bed that temporarily fits over the front seat. There are black out curtains and blinds for a comfortable nights sleep. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for a trip, including all cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, a kettle, toaster, (both need hook up) BBQ utensils, pots and pans, tea/ coffee/ salt/ pepper. The stove inside is made of a 2 ring gas burner. Cleaning equipment is provided. (washing up liquid/ surface spray, cloths etc) For outside living, the awning provides shelter from the sun and there is a small BBQ, 4 chairs, an outside carpet and washing line (on request) The toilet and wash room provides more comfort away from home. There is a shower attachment in the sink for your convenience. We can also provide a bike rack for 4 bikes if needed. The van has plenty of storage space inside including a hanging rail, shelving, under the beds storage and a spacious shelf above the cab. Depending on other bookings, we may also be flexible with pick up and drop off times. Earl is an extra ling wheel base van so is more spacious than usual. Small dogs welcome. Hiring rules

• DRIVE
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• DAMAGE to van exterior If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Any loss or damage to fixtures and fittings inside must be reported on return.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day with a maximum of 1000 miles included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• AWNING must not be used in heavy rain/ wind and needs to be packed away before bad weather

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
