Hiring rules

• No smoking inside the van
• Sorry, no pets
• Festivals may be allowed, just message me first to check before booking.
• Hirer age must be 30
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
• Van must return cleaned or will incur a £50.00 fee.
• Pick up from 9am Drop back by 6pm. (this is completely flexible so we can agree after booking)
• Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me
• Damage—If damage occurs, you must report it immediately—who, what, where, and when will be required.
• Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile after the trip from your bond. (If you think you may do more than 200 miles a day please let me know and we can work this out I'm happy to be flexible)
• Fuel Return with a full tank
• Cleaning Please clean the equipment and the interior of the van before returning. Do not take the van to a hand car wash as they use equipment that severely scratches the acrylic windows, which cannot be repaired.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £2,500.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
