Hiring rules

- Hirer must be at least 25 years old
- Nooff road unsealed roads must be preapproved in Camplify messages before trip begins
- No smoking inside the campervan
- Family friendly festivals allowed
- Pets considered only upon application
- Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
- Flexible pick up and drop off times
- No freecamping
- Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call us!
- Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 100 miles a day. For trips 7 days and over hirers can drive up to a maximum of 1000 miles in total included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged 50p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- Fuel Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Cleaning Return clean and tidy.
- Gas Cylinder gas usage included in the rental
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
