Additional information

If you are collecting from our premises, there will be parking on site for your vehicle for the duration of the hire. This vehicle can be hired for Festivals If the vehicle is being taken to Europe, you must make us aware at the time of the booking. All tolls, congestion charges are your responsibility. Any fines will be passed on with an additional £30.00 Admin fee. Excess Milage You are allowed 100 miles per day (700 per week) of driving In the event of Excess mileage. This will be charged at 0.45 per additional mile.

Hiring rules

No pets OR pets only upon application
Awning where applicable must be packed away before bad weather arises
Vehicles must be returned clean or you'll risk a valet charge
No cooking inside the van
Any damage must be reported immediately
Empty waste water
Payment of a deposit within 48 hours pf your booking being approved, otherwise may be cancelled.
Vehicle to be returned with likeforlike fuel level when delivered. If the vehicle is returned with a fuel discrepancy, then the hirer will be charged £3,060.000 per litre of fuel.
Mileage allowance of 100 miles per day.
No offroad driving/beach driving/ extended driving on gravel roads

Hire Fee: From £125.00 per day
Service fee: £50.00
Delivery fee: £1.00 per mi

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
