Hiring rules
- No smoking, No pets, Cannot be moved once set up.
- Sun shade subject to weather and length of stay.
- Charge for use in NonCaravan site use, festivals, events, etc
- Any cleaning needed will be charged at cost depending on level of cleaning required
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
