A unique refurbished , spacious Caravan,finished to a high standard and decorated with a quirky but laid back woodland theme throughout.The caravan features a very generous seating area,with dinner table, which folds down to a King size bed.Blackout curtains are fitted all round. In addition to this there is a rear seating area for two which turns into two bunk beds,complete with a privacy curtain.A perfect hidehout for adventurous kids.There is an en-suite toilet room,with new panelling and a new chemical toilet.(Please not this does not have a shower or sink).Battery lights and fairy lights are available as back up,if the electric hook up is not being used. A full size Kitchen sink has been fitted,with a cold water tap and underneath there is a 12v/240v small fridge and a microwave and toaster(a pitch with electric hook up will be needed to operate the microwave and toaster). We removed all gas pipes from the caravan.But a portable Gas stove is included,with plentiful space to use it on the Aluminium Kitchen sink/worktop.Gas cannisters for the stove are included.A portable camping kitchen is also available should you wish to use the stove outdoors. Pans,utensils and crockery are all included. A full size Dorema awning with easy set up instructions is also included,along with a folding camping table and stools.If you require the caravan delivering to a site,we are happy to put this up for you. Fresh and waste water containers are included. Pets are welcome to stay in the awning,but you will need a ground spike or crate.Pets must not go in the Caravan,due to allergies.
