Thank you for looking at our 5 Berth 2016 Coachman Vision 580 We hope you will enjoy our family caravan as much as we do. To the front there is a large seating area which can be used as 2 individual beds or 1 large bed. Down one side is another smaller seating area which can also be used as a single bed. Opposite the small seating area is a fully equipped kitchen, containing a grill, oven and 4 hobs (1 electric, 3 gas) plus a built in microwave. To the rear you will find fixed bunk beds and the shower room which contains the toilet/shower/basin. Our caravan is not available to tow away, we site it on a campsite of your chosing within a 50 mile radius of Waterlooville PO8. If you are slightly over then please get in contact but we do not want to travel too far. Y We have Table and Chairs available to hire for £20 per booking. We have 2 awnings available to hire. The first is a lightweight air awning suitable for better weather and this is available for £70 per booking. We also have our more robust all season awning which has black out curtains for added privacy and finished with a nice awning carpet. For any bookings where the all season awning is added, the table and chairs will be included. This is available for £150 per booking. To book this awning please select Van Package in the optional extras section. Linen is also available for an additional £25 A small size barrel BBQ can be hired for £10 per booking (Must be returned clean) Until recently we had restricted the booking to a minimum of 7 days. To open this up to others, we have changed this to 5 days as long as one of the awnings is booked at the same time. For bookings of 7 days or more, there is no requirement to book any extras. Please note, we advise you book a campsite with Electric Hookup, we can not guarantee that the battery will last the duration of your trip if you do not have it connected to an Electric Hookup. If the battery dies during the duration of your trip when not connected to mains electricity, we will not be held responsible and will not attend to recharge the battery. We also have a 2 person Inflatable Kayak that can be hired out. This will include 2 adult size life jackets but no wet weather clothing. Small pets will be considered for an additional £200 fee. Damaged caused and additional cleaning could be charged additionally.

Additional information

We want you to have as much fun as we do and we're here to make you trip as easy as possible for you. All you have to do is book the campsite you wish to stay on and then book our van, we will do the rest. We request that any bookings for campsites during October to March are on Hardstanding pitches rather than Grass. Our van is only available to hire delivered to the location of your choosing. We arrived at the time of arrival dictated by the campsite you chose and we will be there 2 hours before the time of your departure (unless agreed otherwise with yourselves and the campsite) The Outside Table and Chairs in only available for hire when the awning is hired out as well. When the awning is included, we set this up and take it down so no hassle to you at all. All we ask is that you have your things packed away ready for us to start the departure process 2 hours before the time the van has to be off site. We ask that you return the van in a generally clean standard using the broom/dust pan and also cloths provided however we don't provide a hoover and you're not expected to deep clean the caravan. We will ensure the exterior of the van is washed but please be considerate to any dirty areas you may accidentally cause during your stay. We're happy to include bedding at an additional charge. This will include 3 single duvets and bed sheets, 1 double duvet and bed sheet. We don't provide Travel cots but we can accept them in a certain area of the van, please discuss this prior to booking. The starting postcode is PO88RQ Delivery up to 15 miles is free 16 to 29 miles £20.00 total 30 to 50 miles £40.00 total 50 plus miles has to be approved.

Hiring rules

*No open fires within the Caravan/Awning area
*Caravan must be returned clean (interior) and all waste containers to be emptied and washed out. Failure to do so will result in an addition service fee of £50.00
*In the unfortunate event of any damage occurring, this must be reported immediately please with pictures showing the damaged areas.
*Lost keys will incur a charge of £10.00 per key
*No Hen/Stag Do's and No Festivals
*1 Gas bottle is included for each 7 day stays. Additional charge of £30.00 for the 2nd bottle being used.
*Our caravan is available to hire over the Xmas and New year period however drop off and pick up can not be arranged for any day between December 23rd to December 27th and also December 30th and January 2nd

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel up to 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 20 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
