Enjoy your stay in our luxury Adria Adora Caravan, wherever you are staying, this caravan has everything you need to feel at home.
The caravan is in immaculate condition, and is modern, bright and comfortable. It is 27ft long x 8ft wide making it very spacious.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven & grill, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, large fridge freezer, crockery & cutlery- everything you will need for your meals and snacks.
The layout is flexible and sleeps up to 4 people, there is a fixed double bed to the rear, and a seating area that converts into a large king size bed at the front.
There's a built in car audio system and a mounted TV with aerial connection to enjoy.
The bathroom has a cassette toilet and electric flush, along with a sink, vanity unit, and shower.
There is a portable solar panel to help keep the leisure battery topped up if you are off grid, along with a generator (additional charge), to ensure all appliances fully operate. Full adle heating system is installed.
Externally there is a 3 pin socket and an external gas hook up that can be used for a BBQ.
We have a 2.5M Isabella Awning (additional charge) with flooring, that can be requested upon booking. If you would like to take your pets along, they are welcome in the awning but strictly no pets allowed in the caravan at any time.
We can recommend Elm Cottage Touring Park as an excellent place to stay....

Hiring rules
- This caravan has a 2.5m Isabella awning that can be hired at an additional cost of £100.00 per hire (Please note Awning must be taken down in strong winds).
- We can provide a 3KW generator with a full tank of petrol (approx. 6 litres) additional cost of £25.00. Any further fuel is the hirers responsibility.
- The caravan will be supplied with 1 full gas bottle 6KG additional gas will be at the hirers expense.
- Any lost keys will be charged at £50.00 per key.
- Dora is a strictly NO smoking and any sign of smoking will incur a charge of £100.00.
- It is the hirers responsibility to ensure the toilet is emptied during your hire & at the end of the rental failure to do so will incur a charge of £50.00.
- Dora comes with 2 x 40 litre water barrels and a waste water container Hirer to advise if water is available to obtain on site.
- All equipment must be washed, bins emptied at the end of rentaladditional charge will be incurred of £50.00.
- NO PETS allowed inside the caravan any sign of pets inside the caravan will incur a charge of £100.00.
- No outdoor shoes to be worn inside.
- During the hire, you are responsible for all the caravan items i.e. bins/water barrels/waste container/steps etcAny damage or lost items will be charged for.
- ALL damages no matter how small or large to be reported and paid for.
- Bed linen available at request (additional charge).
- All we ask for is that you treat Dora with respect.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
