Hiring rules
- 1. No Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan. Please respect the space and keep it smokefree.
- 2. No pets allowed
- 3. Return with a Full Tank
- The campervan is provided with a full tank of fuel. Please return it the same way to avoid any refueling charges.
- 4. Clean and Tidy Upon Return
- Please return the campervan in the same clean condition it was provided inside and out. Cleaning by us is available by us at an extra charge, starting at £75.00, more for very dirty returns. All dishes should be washed, rubbish disposed of, and surfaces wiped down.
- 5. Toilet and Wastewater Emptying.
- The toilet and wastewater must be emptied before returning the campervan. The toilet waste cassette must be thoroughly cleaned, washed and disinfected. A fee of £250.00 will be charged if this is not done. Most campsites have a facility to dispose of foul waste.
- 6. Use of Gas and Appliances
- Turn off the gas when not in use.
- 7. No OffRoad Driving
- The campervan is not suited for offroad driving. Please stick to paved roads and established campsites.
- 8. No hiring for festivals.
- 9. Respect Quiet Hours
- Be mindful of noise levels, especially when staying at campsites or in residential areas.
- 10. Damage and Breakages
- Accidents happen! Please report any damage or breakages immediately. Charges will apply.
- 11. Maximum Occupancy
- The campervan sleeps 2 plus possibly a child. Please do not exceed this limit for safety and comfort.
- 12. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations or changes to the booking should be communicated as soon as possible.
- Cancellation charges do apply.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
