You can leave your car in the spot of MOHO in a security controlled location. MOHO INFO - Make and Model - Fiat Swift Escape 696 ( 6 berth with 6 belted seats ) Fuel - Diesel Gear Box - Manual 6 gears, right hand drive, cruise control Spec/Extras - reverse Camera, bike rack (4 bikes), WiFi, television/built in DVD player, leisure battery, solar panels Water: 100 litre fresh water tank, draining to waste tank. Heating: Blown air heating runs on gas or electricity. Lighting: Runs off electric hook up or leisure battery Storage: via external & internal lockers, high level cupboards and wardrobe with clothes rail and shelves Bathroom: Electric flush toilet, shower unit & basin. Pumped hot water from gas / electric boiler. (Vehicle must have water in tank to operate correctly) Energy: Mains hook-up cable (provided). One cylinder of butane gas included Dining: Lounge seating with extendable table or outdoor table with 2 bench style seats Windows - all have built in fly nets and black out covers. The front windows have press on covers and the window screen has a pull over cover. The lounge area also has curtains. Sleeping Arrangements - 1 x Double bed over cab, 2 single beds (bunk beds) 1 x sofa bed - can be made up into a single or double bed *Please note only bottom sheets and mattress protectors are provided* Kitchen - Sink: Pumped hot water from gas / electric boiler. (Vehicle must have water in tank to operate correctly) Fridge: with freezer - runs on vehicle battery (whilst in motion), 220v mains, or gas. • Please note that unless agreed in advance, we will charge £50.00 per hour, or part of an hour, for late check out, up to a maximum of the next nights rental cost. Where applicable, we will forward this amount to the next guest if their trip start time is delayed. This is because we have set the check in and check out time as 4 hours apart, and require all of the 4 hours to properly prepare the motorhome for the next guests.
• Return
• We wish for you to enjoy our home as you would your own and return the motor home in the condition it was taken (or as close as) inside only, please do not clean outside we will take care of that.
• Insurance requirements:
• • One insured driver is included within the price of each booking and must be of the same name and address used to make the booking.
• • The details of all drivers must be provided more than 3 x working days prior to the start of your trip in order that they can be approved by the insurers if required.
• Please provide the following information more than 3 x working days before you trip is due to begin:
• 1. A picture of the photo card drivers’ licence of those who will drive the motorhome (back and front the address & ID must be up to date)
• 2. Two proofs of address from separate sources (two from the primary proofs list or one from each of the groups) for each driver. Both must be dated within 90 days of the end of the hire date. The person booking the trips address & name on your driving licence must match both documents above also.
• 3. I will need to complete an online licence check once the above documents are provided and questions answered. Please visit the website (gov.uk/checkdrivinginformation) to generate your 8 digit code and share this with me, along with your documents.
• Additional insurance criteria (please note that different situations may require specific approval from the insure that may or may not be allowable but please message to check if considering booking):
• • Must meet the specified age limits (between 25 and 79), and have at least 2 years
• driving experience (Full UK or EU Licence types)
• • No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years
• Please note, up to two x 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2 x SP30’s, 3pts each) without referral. Single convictions totalling 6 points+, or multiple convictions totalling 7 points plus, will require referral to my insurer for prior approval.
