Hiring rules

• • No smoking inside the van
• • Pets allowed (just ensure that the van is cleaned out and returned as it is hired)
• • Festivals allowed (please let me know what festival you are going to!)
• • Hirer age restrictions: Min 25 years old
• • Van must return cleaned or will incur a £50.00 fee.
• • Pick up from 9am Drop back by 6pm. (this is completely flexible with a discussion after booking)
• • Emergency If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
• • Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• • Long trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day included in the normal booking price. Additional miles will be charged .30p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond. (If you think you may do more than 200 miles a day please let me know and we can work this out I'm pretty flexible)
• • Fuel Return with same level of DIESEL that it goes out with
• • Cleaning Please Clean the equipment and Van before returning. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• • Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
