Additional information

We can provide free parking for one vehicle, off-road on our driveway for the duration of your adventure. However, please note it is left at your own risk.

Hiring rules

• Dominic is a no smoking or vaping motorhome.
• Dominic can be taken to Europe he does love to travel(!) but only with prior agreement (additional charge £50.00). Please note that Dominic is GPS tracked to make sure he doesn't wonder.
• Pets:
• Do not leave pets unattached (over night or when offsite) in Dominic.
• We want your pets to be comfortable but we ask that you use throws provided should your pets wish to sit on the furniture.
• Maximum 2 dogs
• Collection/Dropoff Logistics:
• Collection is 8am and return time is 6pm.
• Early collection/ late return is available and we will do our best to be as flexible as possible but this must be agreed upon in advance.
• A late return, that isn't preagreed will incur a £10.00 per hour charge deducted from your deposit. Please contact us as soon as safely possible.
• Please allow some time for the handover of the motorhome and inspection on return approx 45mins.
• Returning Dominic:
• You do not need to refill the gas.
• You will be provided with a 3/4 to full tank of fuel. Please ensure you return with a similar tank level, failure to do so will incur a fuel charge (£25.00 + cost of fuel).
• Grey waste must be emptied.
• Toilet cassette to be emptied and cleaned, failure to do so will incur a £75.00 charge.
• We ask that you return Dominic in a tidy condition. You do not need to clean Dominic thoroughly. We ask that you return any items moved around back to their original locations, quick wipe round of hard surfaces with provided cleaning products and empty bins/fridges.
• Free parking for your vehicle is available at our house for the duration of your hire. However, it will be left at your own risk.
• Festivals, Hen/Stag Parties:
• We do not allow Hen/Stag party usage.
• Please contact us to discuss festivals.
• Accidents/Breakages:
• We know accidents do happen, so if there are any breakages or damages please let us know. We ask that you message as soon as the accident occurs so we can make sure that we order replacements etc. This will give us enough time to make sure Dominic leaves for his next adventure fully stocked.
• Fines & Congestion Charges:
• The hirer is responsible for any fines received that are applicable for the hiring period (i.e. speeding, parking, traffic enforcement, ULEZ/Congestion charges). We will pass any details of the hirer to the fining authority.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

  This is our first camper van experience and we loved it. The camper van makes everything so easy and the Andrew and Gareth were able to provide support whilst we were away too.

  We loved our girls weekend away in Dominic. The motor home was very high spec, clean and had everything we needed in it. The communication with Andy was clear and he was great to deal with. The motor home was very easy to drive and it was the first motor home I have driven. We would definitely recommend this motor home and book it again!

  Fabulous. We loved every minute. Dominic is great to drive and manoeuvre. So much space and storage. Really well designed and luxurious inside. More than enough space for myself, my husband and our two boys in their late teens for 5 days as well as the food and supplies we needed. We had a wonderful time exploring north west Wales. I would highly recommend. Gareth and Andy are the perfect owners and their communication was fantastic during our trip when we had questions. We hope to hire Dominic again in the future

  We had the most wonderful time, easy to drive, easy to manoeuvre. Quick and easy set up. Very comfortable, lots of space, very clean and everything you could possibly need inside for a fabulous trip. Amazing little Dominic!

  It was our first trip in a motorhome and although a fantastic holiday , weather, campsite etc, it took us a while to get a routine going. We had 2 dogs and they had a fantastic time . The van was spotless and we had everything we needed in it to cook and basically enjoy the holiday . Thank you Andrew for your support and attention throughout the week with texts .
