Hiring rules
- Smoking is prohibited inside the motorhome.
- The motorhome will be supplied with a full tank of Diesel, Please return it with a full tank otherwise charges will apply.
- Please return the motorhome as clean as we supplied it and with the toilet emptied.
- The following documents are required for the insurance:
- A copy of the hirer’s photo card driving licence (address & ID must be up to date).
- Two proofs of address from separate sources (dated within 90 days of hire date).
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
