Hiring rules

• Driver requirements
• Age 2179, full UK/EU licence held 2+ years, maximum 6 penalty points.
• No more than one atfault claim in last 3 years.
• Upload photocard licence, DVLA check code (UK) and two proofs of address dated within 90 days.
• Insurance and drivers
• Comprehensive cover for unlimited named drivers who meet the above. UK & EU use included.
• Pickup and dropoff
• Standard pickup from 14:00. Standard return by 10:00.
• Earlier pickup (from about 12:00) or later return (up to 12:00) possible if there is no overlapping booking; confirm 48 hrs in advance.
• Handover at our Derby base (DE23 1LG) with free parking.
• Mileage
• 125 miles per day included (150 per day in offpeak offer).
• Extra miles 45p per mile
• Festivals & pets
• Festivals welcome (festival cleaning fee applies).
• Up to two wellbehaved dogs welcome; please crate if left unattended and add the pet pack (pet fee applies).
• European travel
• Notify us immediately so we can arrange a Green Card and VE103. No extra premium.
• Breakdown cover
• UK & Europe roadside assistance included. Owner liable only for damagerelated towing.
• Hirer support
• We remain contactable 08:0022:00 during the hire. Each van carries a printed FAQ/QuickStart guide. We will message you near the end of the hire to check how the trip is going and confirm dropoff details.
• Cleaning & fuel
• Return with interior reasonably clean, cassette emptied and fuel at the same level as collection. Late returns without prior agreement £25.00 per hour. No smoking or vaping in any vehicle.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £750.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  One of the best holidays had in a long time. Away for 5 nights but felt like 2 weeks. Brilliant way to see the country and van helped make that. Definitely recommend and use again.

  Ideal campervan for a group of lasses. Loads of storage in the van. Comfortable beds. Communication second to none from Luke from booking to returning. Lovely finishing touches with a welcome pack. Handover told us everything we needed to know. Will definitely look to book again! Thank you!

  The van is as described and is a good bit of kit functioning well. Luke communicated well and did his best to please. The is mechanically sound and has pretty good fuel economy. Make sure the gass bottle is reasonably full, it lasts well though. Take some kind of water carying device unelss you are happy to move the van near to a tap. Amazing how quickly it needs filling up. Overall would be more than happy to rent again.
