Hiring rules

• Please understand that no smoking is permitted within or around the motorhome at any time. (Cleaning charge will apply)
• No cooking or smoking is permitted within the tent provided. Any cooking or camp fires must be kept at least 15 feet/5 metres away from the tent and kept downwind where possible. In the event the wind picks up, the tent doors should be zipped down in order to prevent smoke inhalation or damage to those inside.
• Ensure the tent is properly secured and pegged down in order to prevent weather and wind damage.
• No hard wearing or dirty shoes are permitted inside the motorhome. Complimentary travel slippers will be provided for you.
• No shoes to be worn inside the tent provided with the motorhome.
• Please keep pets off the furniture, unless covered with an appropriate sheet or blanket.
• The motorhome will be hired out with a full tank of diesel, and is expected to be returned with a full tank of diesel. (Charges will apply)
• The motorhome is not permitted to be taken outside of mainland UK.
• The grey waste water tank and toilet cassette are to be emptied. (Cleaning charge will apply)
• The general condition of the vehicle should be clean upon return. (Cleaning charge will apply)
• The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight.
• In event of an emergency:
• If any engine lights come on the dashboard or in the event an accident occurs, pull over immediately, make sure you're all safe and OK. Once it is appropriate and safe to do so, please call Camplify on 0330 808 1811, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you in your booklet, and call us, we will assist you in any way we can.
• Please note that if damage happens, you must report it immediately and contact us as soon as possible so we are aware and can be sure everyone within the motorhome is still safe.
• Failure to uphold any of the rules provided may result in your security deposit being lost to cover expenses for damages, cleaning, incurred charges and/or fines.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
