Hiring rules

• Upon receiving your rental, you will be provided with a pristine, brandnew motorhome fully equipped and ready for your adventure. We kindly request that you treat the motorhome with the utmost care while enjoying your trip, and return it in a reasonably clean condition.
• Please do not wear dirty footwear inside the motorhome, and ensure that all equipment is clean and report any breakages or missing items.
• Before returning the motorhome, you must fully empty the grey water and freshwater tanks, dispose of all toilet waste, and thoroughly clean the cassette. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
• Vehicle return on the final day of hire is Between 9am and 2pm
• Smoking is strictly prohibited, charge of between £200.00£700.00 on breach of rule.
• Mileage is set at 100miles per night (ie a 7 night booking receives a 700 milage allowance) additional milage is available upon request for a small fee.
• When returning the motorhome, please ensure that it has at least the same amount of fuel as it was supplied with. The interior of the motorhome must be clean, and the grey water waste tank must be emptied. The toilet must be cleaned and the cassette emptied. All provided equipment must be returned with the motorhome. Any issues or breakages must be reported immediately. If you were allowed to bring a pet, the motorhome must be cleaned thoroughly to remove any evidence of your pet.
• Fuel: cost of fuel price plus £35.00
• Additional Mileage charged at 45p per mile
• Toilet cleaning and/or emptying: £75.00
• Grey waste emptying: £25.00
• Interior cleaning of motorhome: £100.00
• Pet cleaning (if applicable): £200.00 (in addition to the motorhome cleaning fee)
• Cleaning of oven/hob/microwave (each): £60.00
• Late return fee: £75.00 per hour late

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  The van was perfect for what we needed. Was very grateful for late booking and delivery and collection which was really helpful

  This van is lovely and suited us really well with two young children. My only suggestion for future trips would be to include a kettle, washing bowl and a couple of pots for cooking. I was with a wider party who were able to provide me with these so it was not an issue during me but would have been tricky if this wasnt the case. Rob was a great host who was easily contactable with any queries.
