Hiring rules

• Upon receiving your rental, you will be provided with a pristine, brandnew motorhome fully equipped and ready for your adventure. We kindly request that you treat the motorhome with the utmost care while enjoying your trip, and return it in a reasonably clean condition.
• Please do not wear dirty footwear inside the motorhome, and ensure that all equipment is clean and report any breakages or missing items.
• Please do not attempt to clean or wash the exterior of the motorhome, as this requires a specialized process that could potentially cause damage.
• Before returning the motorhome, you must fully empty the grey water and freshwater tanks, dispose of all toilet waste, and thoroughly clean the cassette. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
• Collection on the first day of hire is between 3pm and 5pm
• Vehicle return on the final day of hire is Between 9am and 11am
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Milage is set at 100miles per night (ie a 7 night booking receives a 700 milage allowance) additional milage is available upon request for a small fee.
• When returning the motorhome, please ensure that it has at least the same amount of fuel as it was supplied with. The interior of the motorhome must be clean, and the grey water waste tank must be emptied. The toilet must be cleaned and the cassette emptied. All provided equipment must be returned with the motorhome. Any issues or breakages must be reported immediately. If you were allowed to bring a pet, the motorhome must be cleaned thoroughly to remove any evidence of your pet.
• Failure to follow the rules will result in the following charges:
• Fuel: cost of fuel price plus £35.00
• Additional Milage charged at 45p per mile
• Toilet cleaning and/or emptying: £75.00
• Grey waste emptying: £25.00
• Interior cleaning of motorhome: £100.00
• Pet cleaning (if applicable): £200.00 (in addition to the motorhome cleaning fee)
• Cleaning of oven/hob/microwave (each): £60.00
• Late return fee: £75.00 per hour late
• Evidence of smoking: £250.00£750.00 (please do not smoke)
• Missing items/breakages: cost of the item.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  This was our first motorhome hire and we had a fantastic time travelling around and staying in the van. As a first time hirer I would have liked more information about what was included in the van and what we may need to take. For example there was no mention of toilet fluid and rinse for each time the toilet was emptied and so I didnt know if it was included or not. Also we took our own bedding but I was unsure if towels were included in the hire (they werent) so a bit more info before we collected the van would have been nice. We thought the handover was ok but actually on reflection it wasnt really thorough as we had a broken TV, no clothes rail in the wardrobe and no hose to get water to the van! My hubby went to buy the missing hose and clothes rail. We couldnt tune the TV in but did get support from the van owner on how to do this. Communication wasnt easy with Stuart as I found he didnt reply to WhatsApp (as he requested) or email. I had to contact Camplify on two occasions as I couldnt get a response from Stuart. The van was great, reliable, warm, comfy and did the job for us. A few blips but I would definitely do another motorhome holiday!

We recently rented a motorhome for a 10-night adventure to Scotland with our dogs, and it was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The motorhome itself was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed to make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Not a single issue or problem the entire timeeverything worked seamlessly, which made exploring the breathtaking Scottish scenery even better. A huge thank you to Stuart, who made this trip truly exceptional. From the moment we reached out, he was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. Stuart went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed, and his attention to detail was impeccable. His warm and professional approach made us feel confident and well-prepared before setting off on our journey. Traveling with dogs can sometimes be a challenge, but the motorhome was perfectly suited for them, and they loved every moment just as much as we did! If youre considering a motorhome rental, I cant recommend this enough. The combination of an amazing vehicle and such a fantastic host like Stuart made this one of the most memorable holidays weve ever had.
