Availability

Hiring rules

• UK Travel only.
• The motorhome will be handed over with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank. Any shortages will be charged at £2.00 per litre.
• Milage allowance is 100 miles per day average accross your booking, eg 400 miles over a 4 day booking. Any excess mileage above this will be charged at 30p per mile.
• The waste water tank must be emptied, and the toilet Cassette emptied and rinsed before return otherwise a £50.00 charge will be due for disposal of waste and cleaning.
• No smoking please.
• If you have a pet with you please use a blanket or throw before letting them on the seats as the van has recently been reupholstered. Any mess or damage from pets will incur a £75.00 cleaning fee, or possible reupholstereing charge.
• Please also ensure your dogs flea treatment is up to date.
• Cleaning equipment (dustpan and brush, cloths, sprays and anti wipes etc) is provided, please return the motorhome in the same clean condition you collected it in, otherwise a £75.00 cleaning charge will apply. (We don't expect you to wash the exterior unless it has gotten unreasonably dirty)
• All cutlery and crockery is provided, whilst we do understand accidents happen and sometimes damage is inevitable, in the event of any losses or damages please let us know incase the van is going straight back out on another hire.
• Tea towels and bathroom hand towels are provided, but please bring your own towels should you wish to use the shower.
• Bed linen is not provided unless you opt for a bed linen add on.
• Please make sure you refer to the renter manual located in the glove box for in depth instructions on all aspects of the motorhome.
• Lost keys will be charged at the following rates:
• Locker keys £20.00
• Ignition key £200.00
• Most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
