Hiring rules
- No smoking/vaping inside the motorhome
- No pets allowed
- Diesel tank will be provided full, so please return it the same.
- Clean water tank will be provided full, so please return it the same.
- Grey wastewater tank will be provided empty, so please return it the same.
- Motorhome will be provided clean, so we ask you to return it the same (£50.00 cleaning fee if returned dirty)
- There will be an extra charge of £35.00 if the cassette toilet is not returned empty and clean
- Maximum mileage allowed 200 miles. (unless agreed differently prior to your booking). Any extra mile will be charged at £0.20/mile (100 extra miles £20.00)
- European trips must be agreed in advance
- Offroad not allowed
- Coffee and tea provided
- Linen £30.00 per booking
- I will be available on the phone or by email during your booking for any advice or help.
- Any damage must be reported immediately who, what, when and where will be required.
- Pickup / dropoff times
- Monday to Friday after 6:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday generally all day
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Paul 5.0Luna was amazing. We had the best trip visiting family in the UK. Luna was clean tidy and had everything we needed. She drove very well and we picked some awesome spots for some great life long memories. Vasille and Aida were the best, helped us no end setting up offered, advice and checked in on how we were doing. Very happy a definate 5 out of 5.
