We have private off road parking with CCTV coverage for your vehicle while you enjoy your holiday, we can offer a delivery/collection service within 20 miles of our address (Grange Farm, MK) subject to availability. Pets will be considered.

Hiring rules

• Vehicle collection times between 24pm. Vehicle return times between 10am12pm. Additional times available as optional extra once booking is confirmed.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• Insurance and breakdown assistance is included for one driver, you will need to confirm the following information/criteria prior to collection:
• • Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (address & ID must be up to date).
• • Two proof of address from separate sources (details below)
• • Cleared a traceable security deposit (BACS, PayPal)
• • Signed rental agreement
• • Must meet the specified age limits within your policy and have at least 2 years
• driving experience (Full UK, EU, AU, US, CA, NZ & SA licence types).
• • Two, 3 point convictions are acceptable (i.e. 2x SP30’s, 3pts each) without referral.
• • Single 4 point offences are acceptable without referral and subject to standard terms.
• • Single 6 point SP30, SP50 and CU80 convections are acceptable subject to a £100.000 excess. All other 6 points+ offences will require referral to the insurers.
• • No more than one fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last three years.
• You must provide a total of 2 proofs of address from the following:
• • Electricity (bill/statement)
• • Water (bill/statement)
• • Gas (bill/statement)
• • Broadband/Landline
• • Council tax
• • TV licence
• • Bank Statement
• • Credit card bill / statement
• • Mortgage statement
• • Polling card
• • HMRC selfassessment / tax credit
• 2 years minimum driving experience.
• Standard collection is from 2.00pm on check in day, please return by 11.00am on check out day (some flexibility, please enquire).
• The vehicle will be provided with full gas bottles, please return it also full.
• The fuel tank will be full, hirers should return the vehicle with a full tank of diesel. (Multiple filling stations within Milton Keynes).
• Please empty and clean the toilet cassette before drop off, and make sure the habitation area is clean and tidy.
• No smoking/vaping allowed inside the vehicle.
• Please empty grey waste and toilet before returning. A £50.00 + fuel cost fee shall be payable for each of the above not being carried out.
• Please return clean and tidy as it left us. £30.00 cleaning fee if returned dirty inside.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

  If you are looking to have the perfect van, with the perfect host, this is it, seriously 10/10. Colins communication was perfect, backed up with camplify, the van was awesome, clean, spacious, great to drive, super comfy, awesome wife, every little thing worked all you have to do is book it and turn up, cant wait for the next adventure. Thank you guys

  Everything was great and we really enjoyed the adventure, Colin and his wife were very supportive and helpful, I just hope I had more info on the lpg gas refill as I didn't know there were so very few gas stations! But that was my fault for not making sure of that . All in all great experience
