Hiring rules

• Please provide as much notice as possible when you would like to hire our van; lastminute requests (less than 7 days' notice) are difficult to accommodate.
• PLEASE NOTE: Availability for next year will be from October
• England, Wales & Scotland travel only; not available for Ireland or European trips, sorry.
• We would greatly appreciate it if our motorhome is used primarily as a base for your trip, rather than as a touring vehicle. The van is 8.0m long, so it is not ideal for travelling around towns and villages.
• Return in the same condition as collected (externally and internally), complete with an agreed level of diesel in the tank.
• Empty the toilet cassette before returning.
• Drain freshwater, wastewater & boiler tanks before the return journey.
• A £40.00 6kg propane gas bottle charge will apply if you are staying on a site without an electric hookup.
• Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 35 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.
• Please be aware our van is available to be picked up from 7:30 am; the collection process takes a good hour, and must be dropped off before 7 pm (Summertime) or 4 pm (Wintertime) which takes 30 minutes.
• Your car (and keys) can be left on our drive for the duration of the hire.
• The linen package includes all bedding for the main bed only, together with towels for the bathroom and kitchen.
• BBQ hire £10.00, to be returned clean.

• Hirer must be 35 years of age or older.

  Excellent camper. Paul was very thorough in the handover process, this was our first time in a camper so appreciated the tutorial! Having a permanent island bed is so convenient... we will certainly hire this one again.

  The weekend was fabulous. The stay in the RV lived up to expectations. A few things weren't working properly. But didn't really affect us. Paul's handovers and communication was great

  Great van well kitted out, everything you could possibly need. Paul did a thorough handover and gave some good tips and advice, which as newbies to motorhoming was much appreciated. We would highly recommend them.
