Hiring rules

Pickup & Return:
Collect in Otley, North Yorkshire (parking available for your car).
Please return with a full tank of fuel, empty toilet cassette and empty grey water tank.
Standard pickup from 3pm, return by 10:30am (late fees may apply).
Use of Vehicle:
No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome.
Pets welcome by prior agreement.
Festivals, sporting events & large gatherings must be approved in advance.
Cleaning & Care:
Please return the interior in a clean and tidy condition.
Toilet cassette must be emptied — £50.00 fee applies if returned full.
Lost keys charged at replacement cost.
Mileage:
Includes 150 miles per day (averaged over your trip).
Excess mileage charged at £0.35 per mile.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
