• The Motorhome must be returned in the same condition as on collection on first day of hire.
• A full tank of fuel provided on collection, vehicle must be returned with a full tank.
The Motorhome will be clean and tidy upon collection, full tank of water for utilities , gas extra charges apply, enquiry at point of hire. You will find a hose pipe and electric cable in the garage compartment of the Motorhome.
• The interior / exterior of the motorhome should be returned in the same condition as it was received otherwise cleaning fees will apply.
• Damages need to be reported as soon as possible please.
• INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
• Driver: Aged between 2570 for Motorhome rental
• Additional Drivers may incur a fee, to be arranged prior to hire.
• Held a UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years.
• Medical conditions, disabilities or driving conditions must be declared beforehand.
• Not had their licence suspended for any period within the last 3 years.
• Identification
• Passport & Driving licence Photos
• DVLA check code required.
• 2 proofs of address required dated within 3 months of date of hire.
• Deposit/payment must match drivers name
• Possible Fees
• Clean Return: Kindly return the motorhome in a clean condition. Please remove all rubbish, ensure a wipe down is done, and leave the interior in a tidy state. Excessive dirt or damage may result in additional fees. £100.00
• Waste Tanks: Before returning the motorhome, ensure that all waste tanks are empty especially toilet!. We appreciate your help in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all renters. if the toilet comes back from hire in a excessive state or full it will incur a cleaning charge £100.00
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our motorhome. We want to maintain a clean and smokefree environment for all renters. if any traces of smoking a fine of £175.00 will be charged.
• Fuel Level: The motorhome should be returned with a full tank of fuel, just as it was when you collected it. If the fuel level is not the same, we will charge for the missing fuel at the local rate.
• Damages: In the event of any minor damages where an Insurance claim is not needed we will charge for the damages accordingly.
• Late returns will incur an additional charge, failure to notify the company immediately could result in prosecution for driving without insurance.
