Hiring rules

We want you to enjoy your stay but ask you to respect the following house rules please.
1. No smoking inside
2. No pets
3. No festivals
4. No groups
5. Person booking must be 21 or older.
6. Standard check in time is after 2pm and check is 11am unless by prior arrangement
7. Please leave all patio furniture covered as found above departure
8. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
9. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From £85.00 per day
Service fee: £35.00

Bond

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £250.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
