- We want you to enjoy your stay but ask you to respect the following house rules please.
- 1. No smoking inside
- 2. No pets
- 3. No festivals
- 4. No groups
- 5. Person booking must be 21 or older.
- 6. Standard check in time is after 2pm and check is 11am unless by prior arrangement
- 7. Please leave all patio furniture covered as found above departure
- 8. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
- 9. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it may be cancelled.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Bond
The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £250.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
