Additional information
Violet comes with basic cooking equipment such as plates, cutlery, mugs and pots/pans but please feel free to bring anything extra you need. You will need to provide your own pillows, lining and duvets. Collection and drop off is from Oswestry Shropshire . We can be flexible on timings with this so please message to discuss. You may leave your car where the van is usually parked if you
Hiring rules

- No smoking/vaping inside vehicle
- Hirer age restrictions (25)
- RV must return cleaned or risk a fee
- DRIVE
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 miles a day with a maximum of 1000 miles included in the normal booking price. After 1000 miles, you will be charged .45p per mile at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel up to 7 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
