  • We want you to have an amazing time in our camper while keeping it in top shape for future adventurers. Please read and follow these simple rules:
  • 1. No smoking or vaping inside the van at any time.
  • 2. Petfriendly – wellbehaved dogs are welcome 🐾. Any damage caused by pets is the hirer’s responsibility.
  • 3. Fuel policy – The camper will be supplied with a full tank of diesel. Please return it full.
  • 4. Campsites only – Overnight stays must be on official campsites. No wild camping or offroad driving.
  • 5. Cleanliness – Please return the camper in a reasonably clean condition inside. Excessive cleaning will incur a fee.
  • 6. Driving limits – No speeding, racing, or driving under the influence. The van is fitted with a tracker for safety.
  • 7. Insurance rules – Only named drivers with approved documentation are allowed to drive.
  • 8. Breakages & damages – Please report any issues as soon as possible so we can fix them for the next hire.
  • Treat it like your own, and it will love you back on every mile of your journey! 🌍✨
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Moderate

  • Cancel earlier than 31 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 11 and 30 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit.
  • Cancellations less than 11 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
