Having this ‘run through’ gives you simple and helpful guidance on using and operating the campervan. On the off chance that you’ll be needing to look anything up during your journey we ensure that we leave a copy of the manual in the campervan for you. Your campervan will be provided with a full tank of E5 Petrol on your arrival and needs to be returned with the same amount.

Hiring rules

• The campervans can travel throughout our operating area of Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset. We include 95 miles per night as part of your booking, which accumulates based on the number of nights booked. If you exceed the mileage allowance across your total holiday period, a charge of 25p per mile is made for the extra miles.
• Insurance is included in our price for one driver.
• Changeovers are Friday and Monday's only, with minimum 3 night bookings. Pick up from 3pm on the first day and return is strictly by 11am on the last day of your booking. Prices are based on a 3 night booking, for lower prices on 4 or 7 nights, request a quote.
• Here are some of the key requirements to check for the driver(s) to meet the insurance criteria:
• Must be between the age of 23 and 75 and have a full valid UK license
• Have no more than 2 x 3 points & 1 incident claim in last 3 years. Any driving bans within the last 5 years will require a referral to the underwriters of the insurance, please contact us first before booking.
• Must be able to provide two address IDs that match the name and address of the driving licence, no older than 3 months from your holiday date. Documents include: utility bills, council tax, bank or card statement, payslip, mobile bill etc. The full list will be provided once you have booked
• If you are not sure about meeting the driver criteria, please contact us and we can provide further information and speak to the insurers if required. Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit has been paid, we will request any additional information and ask that any ID documents are uploaded to our secure DropBox account. We will also ask you to provide a Driver Check Code.
• Please note that our change over dates are Monday and Friday with minimum 3 night bookings.
• Our prices are based on a 3 night booking, therefore discounts will apply for 4 or 7 night bookings, please request a quote.
• No Smoking is permitted, a copy of our full terms and conditions will be provided.

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

The owner of this listing provides their own hiring insurance. The accident excess for this van is £1,000.00 per damage event and is managed by Camplify. The owner may carry out their own additional driving licence and security checks.
