Sleeping arrangement: Benji has two double beds on board. The main bed is is made by converting the rear passenger seats in the back of the van. The second bed is located in the pop top and is ideal for kids, although it can sleep up to two adults. Clean bedding and sheets are provided, please let us know on booking how many beds you will be using. Seats: There 5 belted seats - 3 in the front cab area and two in the rear. The front double passenger seat also swivels around to face the two seats in the back, creating a cosy seating area for up to four people to eat and relax! Cooking: Benji is equipped with a portable gas cooker and an in built microwave for convenient cooking. Cutlery, crockery for four and cooking equipment are supplied, as well as some essential supplies. Fridge/Freezer: There is a 36L inbuilt fridge freezer which has plenty of space for the essentials, and a few ice creams! Water: Benji comes with a massive 60L fresh water tank, designed to keep you going off grid. This supply is a convenient sink in the kitchen area and a gorgeously hot outdoor shower at the back. Electrics/charging: Benji has two USB sockets for charging phones and devices, and two 16amp sockets which can be used when hooked up at a campsite. In the cab: The driving experience is luxury for a van, with cruise control, rear parking sensors, automatic lights and automatic wipers. There is Bluetooth and USB connectivity and a great sound system! If you have any questions about Benji, renting, or just want to chat, feel free to get in touch!

Hiring rules

• Maximum 100 miles per day, additional miles are charged at £0.45 per mile
• Pick up from 15:0023:00
• Drop off before 14:00 on final day
• Earlier pick up or later drop off may be possible subject to availability
• No smoking within the van
• No offroad use
• Return the van clean and with the same amount of fuel on board as at the start of the trip
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately
• The pop top roof must be kept closed in high winds
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0330 808 1811 / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you / call us!
• Insurance requirements: Hirer age restricted to 25 70 years; Driving licences restricted to UK, EU, EEA, AU and NZ; No more than 6 points in the past 5 years for nonmajor offences.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We went to Glastonbury festival in the van and had a brilliant time. It is well equipped for a comfortable experience and is easy to drive. Matt was great at communicating and was able to help with our questions. The description at the start of the journey to explain how everything worked was very helpful. We did have a flat battery when starting the engine up after our trip but fortunately Matt had provided a portable battery to jump start it and we were able to get home with no issues. Would definitely recommend!

  We took Benji up to Scotland with a smooth and faultless drive. We were 3 of us and used the pop up bed wich was very comfortable. Benji has everything you need: clean lining, 4 pillows, a little camping kitchenette and a microwave. Matt is super available and fast with the answers for anything you will need. I'll definitely recommend Benji and I will definitely hire it again in the future!

  Absolutely loved our weekend stay at camp bestival in Benji. Matt's kitted Benji out beautifully, and has thought of everything. Aside from the stylish interior, I particularly liked the shower which was a godsend at a festival. No queuing for a cold, dingy shower! Matt was really responsive and gave a very clear handover. He was also really flexible where he could be in terms of pick up and drop off. I would just say to anyone travelling in a group of 2+ that it is key to pack as lightly as possible in order to make the most of the van. Matt provides all the basics so you don't need to bring the kitchen sink.
