Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 20 and 45 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    It's a really lovely, well thought-out van. Easy to drive, easy to use, and packs a lot of functionality into a small space without feeling cramped. Paolo is great - easy to communicate with, flexible, a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely hire Disco again in the future!
