2018 VW Transporter Camper Van Rental Terms & Conditions Insurance & Breakdown Cover Full comprehensive insurance, including breakdown cover, is included in the rental price for peace of mind throughout your trip. Eligibility Requirements Minimum Age: 25 years old Valid Driving License: A full, valid driving license is required. Fuel Policy The van will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Please ensure you refill the fuel before returning the van. Mileage & Pricing The rental includes 200 miles per day. After the 200-mile daily limit, an additional charge of 45p per mile will apply. Longer bookings may qualify for a discount, including more mileage options. Please inquire for details. Van Setup & Equipment Usage Clear instructions on setting up the pop-top roof, rock and roll bed, and how to use the kitchenette (fridge, 2 gas stoves, and sink) will be provided at pick-up. We'll ensure you're comfortable with all the equipment before you set off. Driving & Camping Guidelines Off-Roading: Off-roading is not permitted with the van. Camping: If planning to camp, please ensure you follow local regulations and park in designated and legal camping areas. Be respectful of the environment and other campers. Return Condition The van should be returned free of rubbish, but we will handle the cleaning for you. We expect the van to be in the same condition as when you picked it up. Fines & Penalties Any fines or penalties (e.g., parking tickets, speeding fines, etc.) incurred during the rental period will be forwarded to the hirer for payment.

• Van Usage
• Offroading is not permitted.
• The van must be driven on public roads only.
• Setup & Equipment
• Clear instructions will be given on how to set up the poptop roof and rock and roll bed, as well as how to use the kitchenette (fridge, 2 gas stoves, and sink).
• Camping
• If camping in the wild or at campsites, always follow local regulations and park in legal, designated areas.
• Cleanliness
• Please return the van free of rubbish. Cleaning will be handled by us.
• No need to clean the van before return, but please ensure it's returned in good condition.
• No Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van. Please respect this rule to keep the van clean and fresh for all future hirers.
• Fines & Penalties

• Breakages & Damages
• Any damage or loss to the van or equipment during your rental will be charged accordingly.
